Why are my youtube views frozen?

I have like 1k likes, 980 comments and 300 views. They're increasing very very very slowly in increments of like 10 views every 12 hours, it's so BS. I have a little over 1k subscribers, and I posted the video in various places to get likes and comments, yet the view count is freezing on me. Will it go up to over 1k?
